Reservations
Reservations are open 30 days in advance, with new slots available and updated daily. We encourage guests to book early to secure a table.
Should your preferred slot be unavailable, we will recommend the next available dates and times. Alternatively, we invite you to join our waitlist.
Dietary
The nature of our menu is an exploration of Straits cuisine which contains shellfish, pork, soy products, shrimp paste, coconut, garlic, onions, nuts and chilli. We highly encourage our guest to experience the menu as it is for the full experience intended by our Chefs. While our culinary team will do their best to accommodate dietaries and allergies, any substitution and exemption of the mentioned ingredient will result in a less than ideal experience. We are unable to provide vegetarian options and we thank you for your understanding.
Pangium will not be able to accommodate any last-minute allergies and dietary restrictions at the moment. We will reach out in advance to confirm any allergies prior to your reservation date.
Large group and Private Dining room
50% deposit is required for large group reservation (6pax and above) in our main dining room, as well as our Private Dining Room.
Our Private Dining room can seat up to 8 guests comfortably with a minimum spend of S$2,000++ for lunch and S$2,500++ for dinner.
Cancellation can be made 7 days prior to the date of reservation. The deposit will be forfeited for cancellations made within 7 days, or no-show.

Restaurant Policy
Corkage fee of S$120++ per 72cl / 750ml bottle applies, for champagnes, wines or sakes. As for all other spirits, the corkage fee of S$180++ per 70cl / 75cl applies. A maximum of two standard bottles per visit.
Take advantage of our one-for-one corkage waiver policy with no limitation of the number of beloved bottles you bring. Corkage fee for each 750ml bottle of wine will be waived for every 750ml standard bottle of wine purchased in Pangium.
Children have to be aged 7 and above to dine with us in the restaurant. We currently do not have a children’s menu available.
There will be a S$10 cutlery fee per cake when you bring in celebratory cakes to Pangium.
We love to see our guests dressed up. There are no strict rules as we respect individuality of expression. However, slippers for man are strongly discouraged.
We encourage guests to plan ahead and arrive on time at Pangium.
Parking
Direct parking is available at the restaurant (with limited availability) or park at Gallop Extension Car Park with buggy service pick-up option. You may also take an 8-minute (estimated) walk in the park to Pangium.
Drop-off
There is a drop-off point directly at the restaurant.
We will reach out and provide more details once reservation is successfully made.
Cancellation
Your commitment to your reservation is important to us due to the size of the restaurant. Pangium requires full credit card details to secure reservation. Any incomplete credit card details will nulify the reservation.
Cancellation can be made 48 hours prior to the date of reservation. A fee of S$198++ per person for lunch or S$258++ per person for dinner will be charged to your credit card for cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the date of reservation, or no-show.
